Facilities
Computer Lab
MRVB School has a fully furnished computer lab especially for students. Students visit the lab during the designated slots. In addition to this we have resource lab in staff area for teachers’ use too. Dedicated and trained teachers are always at hand to help students with information technology and computing skills. The school is also partly Wi-Fi enabled.
Transport
MRVB School has buses that transport most of our students from various pickup points in and around the city limit. On each bus we have a GPS surveillance and communication system.
Drivers of the buses are trained and monitored to ensure the safety of each child. Every bus also has an attendant who is there throughout the journey.
Play Area
The Kindergarten children have colourful indoor and outdoor play areas that are developmentally suited for their growth. The various equipment and rides are not only for fun but they also satisfy a child’s natural curiosity.
The outdoor play area is a safe haven for the little ones and there is a little pool too where they can enjoy the coolness and fresh shower under their vigilant teachers observation.
Sports Field
The school is proud of its Cricket ground, the tracks and Skating rink available to all students. Other courts for Badminton, Volleyball, and Basketball etc. are also present. Football, swimming and Tennis are to be offered very soon.
We also provide special coaching outside the school time. Each class has a designated day and time when they are accompanied by their Sports teachers for their Physical Education and training in the approved safety and quality standards.
Library
MRVB School can boast proudly of its centralized library. The library is a paradise for book lovers' with short stories, novels, magazines, and encyclopedia and subject-specific books. We have trained and friendly librarians to encourage the students to use the library pleasantly.
The Pre-Primary and Lower Primary teachers escort their students to read stories to them loudly during their library slots. It has a special area even for teachers’ reference.
Refectory
The school mess provides breakfast and lunch to all students and staff of our school during working days. The meals cater to a variety of tastes and a food committee ensures that all meals are nutritious as well as tasty. We offer only Vegetarian menu.
Science Labs
The Chemistry, Biology and Physics labs follow all safety guidelines and provide students an enriching environment to learn the practical aspects of Science. Science teachers assist students in their learning through experiments.
Fine Arts
MRVB School places great emphasis on creativity and passion for arts. There is an art room and also large natural spaces where children indulge in drawing, painting and other crafts. Children’s' art work is often displayed around on the soft boards and are also exhibited during exhibitions.
Performing Arts
Dance, Karate and Music classes are a hit among students. Our professional instructors help our children in these disciplines during activity days. We have a music room where students are taught singing during their allotted music slots. School Choir students practice with different musical instruments to make the morning assembly cheerful and lively.
Dance students perform a bonanza of dances on every feast and cultural days. Karate is taught to all students from grade 1 to 9 for self-defense.
School Hostel
MRVB School furnishes residential facilities for both girls and boys in the same fifteen acres school campus adjoining the teachers’ residence. It is completely safe and students have plenty of study time and play time for their all-round development.
Nutritious food and laundry are provided. Trained wardens and wardress take care of the boarders’ daily routine.
